Don't work correct in IE7

Description

IE7 drag and drop action has a problem, if you try change position lines. The new position is not chage.

Possible cause in code for capture events or related a bubbling events.

I use to test, the sample code in in test\widget\index.htm

Version IE 7.057 / Windows XP
