Step Carousel Viewer functions badly when sliding elements of different heights

Project: Step Carousel Viewer
Version:1.0.0
Component:Miscellaneous
Category:support request

Description

I am trying to use the step carousel viewer as navigation for a site i am designing. I am having problems with using the viewer due to the pages having different heights. For example, the landing section on the site (http://tinyurl.com/6rdj2t) is about 600px high but the careers section is about 1100px. Due to the careers section being so high the landing section is forced to 1100px because the .stepcarousel must have the height of the maximum content defined.

My question is: is there a way for the step carousel to resize the container div dynamically based on the panel div's height?

I am really in a bind here, this project is WAY behind due to my programmer (who does all of our .js) just quit on the spot and left me clueless as to how to finish the rest of this project (only .js remains :( ). Can you please give me some clues as to how to edit the carousel viewer to use the panel height as opposed to the stepcarousel height, or any other alternatives you may have... I really appreciate it.

http://tinyurl.com/6rdj2t is the site in question.

Thanks in advance!
