If a mouse-over a cluetip that is attached to an anchor tag link, when the cluetip JS triggers, the flash ads on the site reload.
Now, some marketing folk might like that, but from an integrity standpoint it's probably not a good thing.

This is a browser bug. Other people have had success avoiding the problem by changing the "insertionElement" using $.cluetip.setup() so that the clueTip is placed elsewhere in the DOM. More info here at http://plugins.learningjquery.com/cluetip/#options
