Tips work horribly in IE7 in overflowed DIVs (w or w/o scrollbars)

Description
Simply create an overflowed div, whether the overflow is hidden or auto (scrollbar), with cluetip elements inside of it in IE7. The tips rarely show up and the div goes "crazy" and sometimes collapses completely.

In Opera, the positioning is horrible and sometimes inaccessible in an overflowed DIV once you scroll past the bottom...
Seems like they only work perfectly in FF under these conditions

I'm not seeing the problem on my test page. Might there be another issue at work here? Have you included the Dimensions plugin (or used jQuery 1.2.5)?
