clueTip tooltips remain fixed position when launched within a scrollable area

Description
When launching sticky tooltips from anchors within a scrollable div, the tooltips continue to stick in place and not scroll relative to their trigger anchor when the parent scrollable div is scrolled.
Is there a workaround for this?
