xhtml extension in index HTML file

Description

Hi there,

If you try the "index.xhtml" file on Firefox 3.0, the plugin dont work, maybe because Firefox dont proccess the JavaScript in ".xhtml" files. Try to rename the file "index.html" and the plugin example work perfectly. Very good plugin in any case.

Agreed, and I have changed this back to ".html" in the upcoming version.
