dynamic background color

Description

Some CMS are able to compute the average color of an image. The idea is to use this color to set the background color with this computed color to have a better visual effect.
It my be interesting to use colorBlend! as a plugin to transition colors between two pictures with different colors.

The basic code is done. No patch a the moment. I need to work on it to add new options to this feature.
