Bubble Puff

A visual information bubble effect, as per the Coda web site.
Information will "puff" upwards, and when the mouse moves away, "puffs" away upwards again.
It's worth pointing out that the examples and demo links below are from a non-plugin version of the code, but the implementation is pretty much the same (one user was awfully upset that they didn't match!).
