Based on MouseWheel plugin for jQuery the WheelSpiner plugin is attached to an HTML input to permit the user select a value using the mouse wheel. Is similar to a standard "spin control", and have options like "minValue", "maxValue", "interval", etc., but user can set the value with mouse wheel, without any other "clic" or somthing.
